Terms of Service

Effective September 23, 2026. SnapMap is an early access device and location service operated by Xenia Group LLC. By creating an account or using SnapMap, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Account and authorized use

Keep your sign-in credentials and device tokens private, and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for devices connected to your account and for obtaining all required permissions from people whose movements you track and owners of vehicles or devices you connect. Do not use SnapMap for stalking, unauthorized surveillance, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. Do not attempt to access another account, bypass limits, or disrupt the service.

Location service limits

GPS and browser location can be delayed, inaccurate, interrupted, or unavailable. Browser tracking requires the tracking page to run and may stop when the phone pauses it. Geofence crossings and email notices can arrive late or fail. Do not use SnapMap as an emergency service, theft recovery guarantee, or sole method of locating anyone.

Plans, payments, and cancellation

The plan shown in your account determines the number of connected devices. Paid plans and pricing are presented before any checkout when billing is enabled. Payment and subscription management are handled through Stripe. The checkout and billing portal show the applicable price, renewal, and cancellation information. Cancel a paid plan using the billing portal or request help from support. Account deletion for a billing-linked account requires support to check billing status.

Your data and changes

You keep rights to information you submit and give Xenia Group LLC permission to process it to provide SnapMap as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export recent locations and manage data retention in your account. We may change features or these terms; material changes will be communicated appropriately. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.

Service availability and contact

The service is provided as available during early access. To the extent applicable law allows, Xenia Group LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted service or location accuracy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. For questions about these terms, contact privacy@snapmap.app.
